We want to ensure you are always happy and completely satisfied when shopping with us. To ensure this, we GUARANTEE that you can return any item in its original condition within 30 DAYS of the date you received your order. 

Unlike our competitors we offer FREE returns on apparel, footwear and accessories, basically things which you are most likely to need to return. So in a nutshell, it is not going to cost you anything if things do not fit or you just don’t like them when they arrive.

Free returns are available worldwide for all items within 30 days of receipt, provided the return terms and conditions specified below, are met.

Return Terms and Conditions

  • A return request must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
  • Item(s) must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
  • Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
  • You have to contact us first, either by phone +33 (0) 493 723172 or by e-mail at and and let us know that you want to return an item, specifying which one it is. We will provide instructions on which courier to use, address and all information regarding your return.
  • In the case that the return shipment requires the payment of any added fees, FASHION BARCODE reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the instructions confirmation email.

Refund - Replacement· 

  • We will process your refund / replacement as soon as your item is received back into our warehouse. Replacements are subject to availability and if not available a refund will be applied.
  • The refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive your confirmation e-mail.
  • CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD: Refund times will depend on the Card company’s policies. We assure you that the currency date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fee.
  • PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL: The value of your return plus the return postage will be refunded to your PayPal account.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received into our warehouse.
  • The refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive your confirmation e-mail.
