FASHION BARCODE subsidizes the shipping cost on all orders so that its customers can enjoy FREE shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors including the type of items purchased, the weight of the items and the destination country postal code.

 As such, costs vary by market, but regardless we offer shipping for FREE. 


Orders are shipped from FASHIONBARCODE.COM in Menton, France - Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (CET). Orders placed Saturday after 11:00 a.m (CET), and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Estimated transit time after dispatch:

·      USA & Canada: 7-10 Business days, depending on the final destination.

·      Europe: 5-7 business days for major cities / 7-10 business days for remote areas. 

·      South America: 8-12 business days.

·      Asia and the Middle East: 8-12 business days. 

·      Australia and Oceania: 8-12 business days for major cities / 10-14 business days for

      remote areas.  

·      Africa: 8-12 business days.


Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries. 


·         All delivery times stated are business days.

·         Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within France and your chosen shipping destination.

·         Orders are estimated to arrive between 9:00 and 18:00 local time.

·         Orders are shipped from France.

Dispatch Time

We, at FASHION BARCODE always ship within 24 hours of your order. Unfortunately, there are factors beyond our control that may interfere with the accuracy of the estimated delivery. 

We shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of FASHION BARCODE.


In the event that you have ordered a product which will not fit through your letterbox, and you are not in to take delivery, then the postal service will follow their usual procedure. For most orders this usually means a card is left to notify you of an attempted delivery and the item will be held at your local sorting post office.


You can contact them to schedule another delivery or pick it up directly from your local post office at your earliest convenience.




As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it is on its way. The email will include a tracking number, so that you can track the status of your order.


Delivery is handled by your national postal service unless another courier is selected during checkout. To track your order, click on the link in your dispatch confirmation email; or alternatively, visit your country’s national post website where you will be asked to enter your tracking number for more information.


Please Note


For security reasons, all FASHION BARCODE online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, it will be held at your local sorting post office.


Undelivered Packages


An item that has not been delivered will be held at your local sorting post office before it is returned back to us. In most cases it will be held in storage for 14-21 days and then shipped back.


In this case, we will contact you about the return and ask for further instructions. We can either ship it again or refund the cost of purchase.
